Preparing for ‘The Secret Files of Lucy Chandler’

We’re moving forward with our next project – a web series in the vein of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Veronica Mars titled The Secret Files of Lucy Chandler. If you’re an actor in or around Chicago, someone who might want to help out on the crew side, or if you just want to stay up-to-date with behind-the-scenes information and sneak peeks, be sure to like our Facebook page or follow us on our new Twitter account. We’ll be announcing casting info in the coming months and we’re planning on posting vlogs throughout production.

If you haven’t seen our latest film The Surprise Party, you can still stream it in its entirety and check out some bonus material for absolutely no charge.

Download ‘The Surprise Party’ Score

If you haven’t checked out our new film The Surprise Party, you can watch it in its entirety right here.  In addition to making the movie and its bonus content available for no charge, we’re also now offering free downloads of the score album. Please note – this is NOT the soundtrack (which you can find information on here). This is the composed music that appears in the film and all eight high quality MP3s have been compressed into a single .zip file to help reduce the download time*.

We plan on continuing to provide free content for our visitors and fans – but if you’d like to support 27th Letter, please consider donating a few bucks to help fund future projects (like our upcoming web series). If nothing else, just take a few seconds to share a link to this site or to one of our films on Facebook, Twitter, etc. Thanks so much!

‘The Surprise Party’ Director’s Commentary

You can now watch The Surprise Party with a full-length commentary track from writer/director Christopher Schrader. Click here to download the MP3 file. It begins with a prompt to help you sync it up with the film. Adjust the volume on the film’s media player to hear as much or as little of it as you want while the commentary plays.

Also – if you haven’t checked out The Surprise Party‘s Blooper Reel, you can find it in our Extras section. And finally, we want to say thank you to everyone who’s helped us promote the movie. We’re extremely grateful and we’ve definitely been paying attention to who’s supporting us!

In addition, we’d also like to extend our thanks to Rogue Cinema for their incredibly nice review of the film!  Click here to read it.
