Synopsis: Sam Garrett was a good cop with a devoted wife and beautiful daughter. But that was a long time ago. These days he’s making ends meet as a private investigator and trying desperately to get back what he’s lost. The mob isn’t making it easy. Sam’s in deep with the sharks and they’re running out of patience.

But the mob’s got problems of their own. A dangerous new vigilante has declared war on the underworld and his savage tactics have escalated from a minor nuisance to a full blown threat. So they make Sam a deal. The slate is wiped clean if he can find out the identity of their enemy and help stop him.

As the rest of the city tries to decide if this new arrival is a friend or foe, Sam gets closer to the truth and must choose whose side he’s on and reconcile the consequences of that choice.
