Why TeePublic?
After weighing all of our options, this seemed like the best set up for you as customers. No pre-orders, no limited runs, and no waiting - as soon as you order, your item is printed and shipped. Since we have so many international listeners, being able to send this stuff worldwide without any headaches was a big priority.
More importantly, the quality is awesome. After ordering samples of these designs from several outlets, TeePublic was the clear front runner. After months of wear and tear on the prototypes, these shirts look nearly identical to when they first showed up.
Is it just T-shirts?
No! TeePublic's interface isn't the most intuitive, but there's a menu on the left side of the screen for all of the different products these designs are available on - hoodies, mugs, stickers, tote bags, etc. But please note that not every design is available on every single product they offer. Some look better on certain pieces of merch than others. Along those lines, although we've done our best to insure these designs look great across all of the different product and color options, there may be variances. So, having said that...
What if there's a problem with my order?
Although we'd certainly like to know if something goes wrong or doesn't look right, all returns/exchanges/etc. are handled through TeePublic and not us. This is another reason we went with them. Their customer service reputation is stellar.
